2. Why Cats Ignore You
Cats are indisputably intelligent and possess a strong stubborn side, especially when the sound of your voice is called out. When you call a dog’s name, they will most likely come bounding up to you. However, cats generally ignore you entirely.
Why don’t cats react when you call their name? It’s not because they can’t hear you, but because they are too busy doing things on their own terms. They are more likely to come and say hello to you when they feel like it.
