11. Signs Your Cat is Restless
When cats are tired, they have a hard time getting their energy out. So, every once in a while they may charge into the room at top speed. This is because cats have an awful lot of energy and it needs to be discharged somehow.
Housebound cats don’t hunt, often don’t get to exercise, and may become restless. One way to release their energy is to do something intense. If your cat is doing this frequently, try playing with it more so it can get the energy out of its system.
